Nash Commercial represented GTG Properties, Inc. in securing a long-term lease with PDI at 1610 Southland Circle in Atlanta's Midtown West submarket. The 22,000 sq. ft. building — featuring office, showroom, and warehouse — will serve as PDI's hub for its expansion into luxury appliance and plumbing offerings.

Nash Commercial is proud to have represented Cinema Vehicles in their lease acquisition of 14,400 sq. ft. on ±4.27 acres in the ever-expanding Metro Atlanta market. This first-generation building came with terms that truly stood out: above-market Tenant Improvements, early access for FF&Es, free rent and OPEX inside the lease term, lease rate 33% below comparable IOS properties, and base rental rate escalations 25% below market.
