David is an expert in lease, sales, and design-build real estate transactions. Since 1994, he has represented owners and users of office, Industrial, and flex properties in the metropolitan Atlanta area and throughout the country. David founded Nash Commercial in 2002 and has negotiated more than 1,000 transactions totaling over 50,000,000 square feet valued at more than $450,000,000.

Personal Interests:

David moved to Atlanta in 1994 after attending Elon University. He has been married to Amy, the Special Education Lead at Atlanta Classical Academy, for 22 years. Their Daughter, Addie, is a Junior at the University of Georgia. Their son, Aidan, is a senior at The Lovett School and will be attending Auburn University in the fall of 2026. David enjoys surfing, saltwater fishing, fly fishing, UGA Football, Carolina Basketball, and traveling.
